Refund policy

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed to receive a refund. Original packaging preferred, but not conditional for refund.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned items. You will receive a confirmation email when items are returned.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days of receiving the returned items.

Cast Aside Every Weight does not refund postage/shipping charges on US orders.

Exchanges can only be requested 5 days from the delivery date. For exchanges, don't hesitate to contact us at support@castasideeveryweight.com with the subject line: EXCHANGE. There will be a $6 shipping fee. Please indicate the size obtained and the size needed.

Please ensure your address is correct as we are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Damages and Misorder

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue promptly at support@castasideeveryweight.com subject line: MISORDER
